HealthTronics was formed more than 25 years ago by a group of urologists looking for a better way to improve economics, while still providing the best possible care for their patients. We discovered that through partnerships and specialization we are able to make new technologies accessible to physicians and hospitals to treat their patients. As the health care landscape evolved, we did too. We do this by mobilizing a broad array of minimally invasive, medical therapies so that they are available when and where they’re needed.
Like our cryotherapy and laser procedures, cutting-edge, minimally invasive technology is offering more of what physicians and patients want: less pain and complication, faster recoveries and lasting positive outcomes. Yet, for providers, acquiring a piece of technology comes with high capital costs, administrative burdens and the risk of the technology becoming out-of-date.

On your first day, you start accruing Paid Time Off (PTO). For the first year, you accrue 120 hours of PTO - three weeks!!! We recognize the importance of a work-life balance and encourage our employees to utilize their PTO time.
We have a dedicated team of employees that plan and coordinate our employee activities throughout the year. Some of these activities include employee appreciation days, ice cream socials, contests or holiday gatherings.
Our community involvement is important to us. Some of the organizations that we are involved in are Zero Prostrate Cancer Run/Walk, CASA Superhero Run, Austin Empty Bowl Project and Family Elder Care.
